Working primarily with mixed media, Luke’s art is a fusion of acrylics and canvas, brought to life on both traditional canvases and uniquely prepared wooden surfaces. His pieces are characterised by their bold use of colour, intricate textures, and a keen eye for the details that make Australia’s natural world so captivating.

In addition to his paintings, Luke is also a skilled woodworker. He creates bespoke pieces, from charming birdhouses that invite the outdoors into your garden to elegant breadboards that bring a touch of handcrafted artistry to your kitchen. Each piece is made to order, ensuring that every creation is as unique as the hands that crafted it.

Luke’s work is more than just art; it’s a celebration of the land he calls home, the adventures that fuel his creativity, and the natural world that continues to inspire him. Whether on canvas, wood, or through the creation of functional art pieces, Luke Bernardin invites you to share in his journey and discover the beauty of Australia through his eyes.
